Discrete graphics DirectX issue (Assassin's Creed: Syndicate)

Turning off the Intel graphics card, I can not enter the game as an error appears that the card does not support directx11. But this is nonsense as I have not looked anywhere else, but amd radeon r5 m200 / hd 8500m series has support for the 11th. Therefore, all new games have to be played on Intel.
