Does anyone know how these two elements work? Well, that is, I'm almost sure that the skill is working properly, exactly as it is written in the description. 20% to the power of the signs and 20% (5% each of the set) to the recovery speed. But when checking all this, it turns out that the "Owl" gives a much greater boost to energy regeneration, and following the description for only 10%. Although, if you think about it, there is such a boost that it cannot be 10% in any way, which cannot be said about the skill - 20% work exactly like 20%, that is, it is almost impossible to see the difference in energy recovery. So what's the deal? A clumsy description of the potion (I think) or is there another reason?
There is also an option that 20% of the recovery rate from the skill works "not in combat", but this is somehow strange ...
