Optimization [fps, configs, fixes] (Sniper Elite V2)

Hello everyone, I suggest writing your configuration, settings, resolution and number of
fps in this thread. I have q6600, 3gb ddr2, gtx 460, windows 7 playing on ultra 1280 by 1024, noticed a strange feature as soon as you start the game fps 70-90, but is it worth twirling the mouse for a couple of seconds or just running, FPS drops to 45-50 frames for no reason, is it the same for everyone ??

Because this is a laptop, it has a bundle of a normal video card and HD graphics

I think you're just cancer and your computer is fucked up.
Comp in the profile all the maximum, super sampling 2.25.
an average of 60 fps. when aiming at a large open area 50 fps.
