Nvidia geforce gtx 560ti graphics card problem

Good afternoon. Help please, vidyuha Nvidia geforce gtx 560ti, in general, when it reaches 69 degrees (under load) stripes appear, but this is with old firewood. When I install new drivers and load FurMark, the stripes disappear, but when I start the game, the game crashes or the computer freezes in a minute.
PS Is it possible to fix it?
P.SS Are you repairing a video card in Ulyanovsk?

That is, is it normal that the screen blinks at more than 70 degrees? Read carefully

It seems that the chip is starting to be soldered off, although there may be overheating, it is difficult to say more precisely - the description is incomplete and, to put it mildly, not too orderly. What is the temperature in games and do crashes disappear if you lower the graphics settings? What is the rotational speed of the fans on the video card (as a percentage of the maximum)? Has thermal paste changed for a long time? What kind of processor and power supply does the computer have? Under load, besides the appearance of artifacts, something else happens (freezes, reboots of the PC)?

you need to reboot most likely. Try to disassemble the cooling, clean it and change the thermal paste to a good one - we can do without a reball.

Len4ik00N Games work only on driver version 347, if you put it higher then the games crash in 30 seconds, the graphon also crashes. The look is clean, the thermal paste is changed. The power supply is 450w, the processor amd phenom X3 720, the computer does not slow down under load, it works fine

I also think that it is necessary to reboot, how much does it usually cost?

For a start, you should understand what has fallen off, if the memory is most likely no one will take the chip all a little more confusing and vow further.
A reball can cost from 1k rubles and more, the price will vary from the equipment and the specialist who will do it + the cost of the chip. If warming up, then the price will be up to 1k rubles.
It is difficult to say for sure, I do not live in the same city as you, so call the service providers there and they will tell you for sure.
Prepare money for a new viduhu, this will be the most correct way, the reball / warm-up roulette is still the same, and the working life of the VC can vary from 1 week to several years. Oh, and even after the repair, if there is one, turn off the PC less (at the moment of turning on the electronics and the roads on the PCB experience loads that will quickly roll off the chip).

Depends on the price tag in the local workshops, if you can still find one that does this. In addition, reballing is a lottery: after it, a video card can either work for a couple of years, or "die" on the very first day after repair. Better to start looking for a new vidyahu.

From the photo you can only determine the swelling of the capacitors, the chip / memory blade, alas, no one can determine from the photo.
Now about the temperature, at the office. the site says that the 560TI can heat up to 99 degrees. That is, everything below the norm.
For example, I have 560 without TI, in heavy games 72-75 degrees, no artifacts and other things.

With the capacitor and everything is fine
