Institute scientists (Fallout 4)

I have a question. I finished the game as the Minuteman faction and blew up the Institute, while evacuating all the scientists. After the ending, I wandered around and someone said that scientists had settled somewhere. Can you find out where all the evacuated scientists from the Institute went?
