Game crashes on cutscenes (Tom Clancy's The Division)

Crashes on playing a video where everyone contracted the flu. If you run it again, it crashes after a warning about epilepsy. If you delete the game settings files from "My Documents", it comes to the video again and crashes. Has anyone come across?
(I don't understand how the game was released with such jambs?)
