Creative Recon 3D graphics card stops

The sound card stops.
Windows downloaded some kind of update, and now, after an idle time, the Creative Recon 3D sound card stops. I thought it was in the drivers, reinstalled, but the situation has not changed.
If you actively use the computer, then the card works perfectly, but if you move away from the computer for an hour or two, then it seems to fall asleep and does not wake up.
What could it be?
