Graphic lags (Fallout 4)

Since the penultimate patch, the screen has become periodically like a white canvas and covered with all sorts of artifacts.



Restarting the save game, reinstalling the game, installing yesterday's patch, did not solve the problem. What the hell is this? Is there an option to fix this problem, except for the naturally long replaying from the last autosave, or not? I don’t want to replay, because this can happen again at any moment, but at some point in the plot and in the end the whole game will go to smarts. Or would it be better to give up this vyser from Behrezda right now?
