Loading locations (Fallout 4)

Locations are loaded for too long, when you enter the game, the first time the save is loaded for 4-5 minutes, then a little faster from 1 to 3 minutes, it feels like loading is longer than in Skyrim 3-4 times, while the game itself is going quite normally, yes and an i7 processor of 8 RAM, in theory enough to load game resources. I play on a laptop, can anyone come across or know how to solve this problem?
