Optimal graphics settings (Rise of the Tomb Raider)

I would like to tune to ultra and play at 50-60 fps.
In tests, they write that this is possible only on the GTX 980Ti

Here are screenshots of my settings, my computer assembly in the profile. The game runs 40 - 59 - 65 to 100 fps, but mostly in the region of 49 - 66 fps.

Everything is on ultra, except for shadows (worth high) and anti-aliasing (worth on FXAA) - less than 65 does not drop FPS. Confa in profile, video card overclocked to maximum

Guys, what's the catch, I set all the settings to low resolutions of 768p, and still the game has more than 8 pi RAM. I have a bar for 8gb, but when it’s not enough, the game accesses the swap file, and the game starts freezing, sometimes in cutscenes it freezes in one place, apparently when it frees the operative and caches everything to the swap file.
