The same bullshit !!! I bought a toy for a child, damn it! I have a toy at work, everything is super. I had it. but somehow everything was decided by itself. you can try to update the firewood to sound. krtu, but after a month my sound suddenly started working.

In short, I figured out:
1) reinstall windows
2) install the game again (if it was on drive C)
3) install DirectX
4) start the game and ........ there is sound !!!!!!
PS all on personal experience;)
