nestrbob I spoke with Virgil and completed the glowing sea quest, then nothing happens, the next hunter / victim quest does not start
APOLLO22 You should have a task - to find the hunter by the signal of the transmitter. There is no marker on the map, you need to get to the ruins of the institute, the sensor will work there and the search will begin. Spoiler
