Bugs with face textures (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

All Persians, except for the Khajiit, Argonians, and Orcs, have become buggy faces. In women, the textures have slipped down, and in men, you can not see the face at all because of the black horizontal stripes. I have not played Sky for about a year and have not installed new mods, before, as I remember, this was not the case. This bug appears quite often, but if you restart your computer, it may disappear, but not a fact. Tell me how to fix it.
