After the patch, the game refuses to start (XCOM 2)

Steam license, I played yesterday and everything was fine, but as soon as the patch, it crashes right after launch. Tried disabling mods, deleting save folders - nothing. Has anyone found a solution to this problem?
UPD
checked the integrity of the cache, Steam downloaded 3 files (which is strange, I haven't done anything with the game since yesterday) and everything worked. however, there was no optimization at all :(

Well, there is no point in reinstalling the game, so wait for the next patch
