There was an advertisement on YouTube

Hello everyone. Such a thing, recently, advertising began to appear on YouTube (right in the middle of the video), and it lasts 3-4 minutes and you cannot cancel or skip it, just as from time to time all comments under the video (everything in general) began to disappear. AdBlock and Casper stand and block all ads, but here it is not clear what is happening. Can anyone suggest something?
