Hello everyone !The problem in the Universal edition is that when FPS unlock, regardless of the frequency of the monitor, the NPCs begin to move in slow motion and there are also various bugs in the flesh before the characters take off, as a result, the game without bugs is possible at 60 fps.
Is there any solution? in order to increase the FPS and there were no bugs ..

Yes, but if the monitor is 144 Hertz as well as G-sync with fps 144 the picture will be much nicer
In general, I found a solution, for those who want to go through the game with 100 fps again, do the following:
First, go to Documents / My Games / Skyrim Special Edition
In the folder we find the Skyrim file, open it through any available text editor
→ find the [Display] parameter in the file and insert the following command:
bLockFrameRate = 0
Then goes to the NVIDIA Control Panel - Manage 3D parameters - Program settings - Select the program to configure - specify the path to the exe file of the Skyrim game and turn off the vertical sync pulse in the settings column and also specify the maximum frame rate 100 fps since the game no longer supports it, which results in glitches and slows down.
