Console DLC on PC (Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit)

Recently, looking at various interesting things in the NFS series, I found that DLCs such as Armed and Dangerous (a couple of new game modes) were coming out on consoles, Lamborghini Untamed (adding Lamborghini Diablo, Countach and Sesto Elemento models), Porsche Unleashed (classic '82 Porsche 911 Turbo, Porsche 959 and 911 Speedster), each of which added new races to their careers. Of course, these unlockers did not open these machines due to their absence on the PC. Quite a long time has passed since their release, but I could not find any details about adding DLC ​​data as mods (as was the case with the first Shift, when modders shoved car files from consoles into the PC version).
