Snake and Ocelot in MGO (Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain)

I saw some players playing as Snake with Ocelot online. then the question arose how to get them. Unfortunately, I did not find the info, so I decided to write here (although knowing that they will instruct the minuses because of stupid questions!) I hope someone who is adequate can explain!

Depends on the server.
In some servers (rarely there are such) the item "Heroes" is included, from which random people can play for Snake (blue) and Ocelot (red).
If you really want to play for them, then create your own server and allow their use.
