Interrupted game freezes (Rocket League)

The license, the laptop meets the recommended system requirements, without friezes it produces 50-60fps, the problem arises spontaneously, but directly during the game itself. Sound drivers are fresh. The software required for the game was installed via steam.

1 - check the server search settings, mb you are playing in Africa with ping <200
2 - check the cache in the incentive
3 - check if there are any other people's files in the root (it lags if the files of the boxed gamepad emulator are in the root)
4 - try to lower the settings , check if there are any changes, mb some parameter must be cut down.
It lags itself only at the beginning of the round, apparently it loads the map
