Crackle chokes on RTX2070

Good day gentlemen! Under heavy load in games or high FPS with Vsync disabled the video card is starting to come apart. Know that cracking the throttle due to high load on the graphics card, interested in what this means and how will it affect the lifespan ? Is it possible that the map is very long ?
