Mod on Cleaned up (Fallout 4)

Maybe there was such a topic, but I can't find it.
In short: I saw a mod that removes the repeated spawn of mobs in locations, i.e. "CLEANED" remained forever.
Is there a mod that gives an endless inscription "CLEANED", and what would the mobs continue to spawn again?
Not necessarily an inscription, you can have any check mark, mark, etc. The main thing to remember is that I've already been here)

Duck you put a tick on the monitor with a felt-tip pen so that you know where you've been. And the fact that the locations are marked in which you have been does not mean anything?

, please throw off the mod where the spawn was removed. And why do I need spawn? Well, just the quests of the lads will not be performed because there will be no spawn of mobs, but this is an additional exp.
