Questions for \"jubilee\" to update. (Sea of Thieves)

Good day!
I have a few questions that I cannot find answers on the Internet.
1. Where lost/moved jobs mercenaries? To jubilee updates these jobs can be purchased for doubloons at Duke in the tavern, now the Duke for doubloons only increases the level or change them for gold. Nothing more...
2. I noticed that many players in the night be green skeletons, like the curse, Ala the crew of the black pearl. But the question is, where to get/buy/find/ catch this curse?
3. Basic question, but I couldn't find... where to buy scars? In the shops, no one trader not.
