Original PC gaming cases. Where can I get it?

Good day to all, comrades. I recently had a birthday. They gave a lot of money. I thought for a long time where to spend until I came across a photo of an official steampunk system unit. But I never found out where to buy. In general, I did not find the original cases anywhere. Only these banal super mega heaped up with backlit coolers, etc. Where can you buy a system unit in some original style? Or even a system manager of some kind of game? (seen Fallout, Stalker, Skyrim, Dishonored, etc.) Or are such systems made by hand and are not a salable product?
