Do not enter Pridwen (Fallout 4)

I caught a strange bug (before that it was not). I can’t go to the main deck of Pridven to chat with different people on the mission trip quest like. Stupidly endless loading screen and that's it. In the task manager, Foul is active and does not write that it is "not responding". For the first time like this. Checked out the mods - that's not the point.
Can anyone tell the console codes for this quest?
