The point of installing ENBoost (Fallout 4)

As I understood from the description of the mod, it removes the video memory bar in the game and takes the video memory from the operative.
I play F4 on a laptop I7 2670QM 4 * 2.2 GHz; 4 Gb Ram; AMD 6770M + intel HD3000, 12 GB swap file. When the play of RAM consumed completely whole (Task Manager shows "Phys. Free memory 0 mb, available 100-300 MB."
Does it make sense to install mod? And will it help to gain FPS operatives purchase a second strip on 4 Gb

I also have 4 gigabytes of RAM and all the rules work, although besides this, there are no hard drives in the system, only two SSDs, also i7 4790k and GTX780Ti
