Object rendering range issue (Lords of the Fallen)

Friends, I can't figure out what's the matter. Almost all games, including this steel, have graphical problems. Namely, when the camera is rotated, textures of objects disappear, or textures of shadows, and when the camera returns in the opposite direction, they reappear. Changing the graphics settings in favor of increasing or in favor of lowering does not solve the problem in any way. I looked through a large number of forums on this topic, but I could not find an answer about the causes of the problem. My system: gtx 750 ti drivers latest (359.06), i5 4460, 8gb ram.

try to reduce the GPU and memory frequencies on vidyah,
but if you say that the integrated graphics are buggy, then most likely the problem is in the motherboard,
but in general you have some kind of poltergeist incomprehensible, you need to dig deep until you find the source of the problem,
try to check the video card on another computer, and with another video card on your motherboard, you
will find where the dog is buried
in the video that it uploaded graphic artifacts, it should not be so, I immediately thought that the drivers were to blame,
but if you say that the rollback does not help dig elsewhere, it seems to me that the software is not to blame but there is something wrong with the iron

The video is too long to be poured on YouTube, I'll write you this. The video card is mostly loaded at 99%, the processor is loaded on average by 55-60%, and about 5-6 GB of RAM is consumed.

Yes, I also think that we should try to test the video card on another computer.

In general, using the example of the game Dying Light, the indicators are:
Video card load 99%, temperature 65 degrees, frequency 1163 Mhz
Video memory 2700 Mhz, memory consumes 1850 Mb
CPU load 50%, temperature 50 degrees
RAM 4500 Mb

Now I'll fill in the video game Dying Light, for some reason the textures of objects stopped disappearing. Vidyuhu I tried to take it out a couple of days ago after your first message, the PCI-Express port blew out from dust. But my power supply seems to be shitty, Winnard 650 W costs only 2000 tr., I already changed the fan on it, otherwise it was noisy like a helicopter and the vibration from it was not sickly.

increase the virtual memory of the swap file to 7-8GB and the problem should disappear

If you pay attention to the three-storey building on the left side of the screen, you can see that the shadow textures still disappear when you rotate the camera, but the textures of objects have stopped disappearing in The Witcher 3 too. Progress is already evident, although the nature of these improvements is not entirely clear.

All settings are at high values, all post effects such as anti-aliasing, volumetric light, etc. are disabled. And problems with the video appeared when YouTube offered to improve the quality of my video and I agreed to their proposal, apparently in their opinion it became much better. It seems that the specialists on YouTube have some kind of understanding of image improvement, but I was stupid, I thought that they would correct the clarity of the picture for me, or, for example, increase the resolution, but it turned out to be something like a seasickness effect. Now I'll go to my account and see if it can be restored as it was.

It's clear. Returned the original video quality.

I tried different settings and set everything to a minimum and to a maximum and average parameters and turn the post effects on and off, in general, I tried to twist the schedule even before I created this topic on the forum, but these manipulations did not have any effect on the problem of drawing remote objects and shadows influence. By the way, aren't shadows considered texture objects? For some reason I always thought that shadows are also them.

Here are screenshots of my settings on which I recorded the uploaded videos. As I wrote earlier, I tried all sorts of configurations of graphics settings, but the result was the same. In general, my friend, forget about this business, my head is already starting to ache from these endless searches for the cause of the problem. Once again, thank you for connecting to my problematic, but still I came to the conclusion that there are problems of iron grade, because not long before the problem was discovered, I thought of passing the cable supplying the processor behind the motherboard, otherwise I had it stretched along the front side, i.e. ... passed over the video card, well, in short, it was simply not aesthetically pleasing. And when I was doing this whole thing, I had to slightly pull the upper edge of the motherboard towards myself in order to pass the cable with an 8-pin connector, Perhaps at this moment there was some damage to the PCB or tracks, although there were no sounds of the board crackling or something like that. But I think that it was at this moment that I damaged the system.

Spoiler

I know that the 750 ti is a budget, it was essentially bought as a temporary plug with the prospect of subsequently being sold on avito, and initially I planned to buy a GTX 960 4GB for this assembly, but alas, I was limited in finances. Now I'm thinking with what wording to carry my motherboard to the service center under warranty. To say that graphic artifacts in games will definitely be laughed at and asked why they didn’t bring vidyuhu, and if we say that there may have been a deformation of the motherboard, they will say that it’s not a warranty case, in short, another dilemma.

Alas, as they say, everything comes with experience, because this was my first self-assembly of a PC, I used to buy ready-made system units in stores like (mvideo). Yes, these guys in service centers know their stuff, recently one friend wore his new motherboard, bought two days before contacting the SC, so they revealed some kind of micro crack in the textolite and sent it by God into three letters. It looks like the same alignment awaits me.
