GTA III | outbursts of rage (Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy)

I just started the game, finished the first mission and decided to go through a flash of rage, which is in the courtyard of the house opposite Luigi's club.
I successfully failed the flash, and the new one no longer appears, I saved, loaded the game, and restarted, tried to go through another mission, suddenly the scripts glitched, but nothing helps.
And all the outbursts of rage on the map disappeared.
I think a game bug or protection against piracy worked (I downloaded a pirate, I confess, I'm not ready to pay so much money for unfinished games yet).
