What they turned into SPECIAL (Fallout 4)

I decided to create just such a topic, where I ask you, dear visitors of the playground site, to leave your notes based on observing the new mechanics of the main parameters (SPECIAL) of the main character, in the game fallout 4.
For example, we know that the parameter "strength" makes attacks melee is stronger, but how much stronger? Or "luck", what exactly it gives, in the new part of the game, because there are no more standard critical hits. But with "intelligence" everything is very difficult, it used to be one of the most important parameters for pumping, but now how effective it is, of course it gives more experience, but how much more?

I was attracted to the intelligence tree by the penultimate perk, which doubles the duration of blocks to power armor. With power armor, you can generally score on the survivability tree. Plus, a bonus to experience. I regretted that I had pumped my strength to 6. I thought that I would take a strong back, but somehow it’s not rational to swing, it’s better to spend points in something much more useful. And I will swing luck, there are, in my opinion, the most interesting perks.

Good luck must have for a melee player (Except the mysterious stranger). And the branch itself with interesting perks, except that the current in the blood bath of the dismembered woman did not work at all if the corpse was poked).
