Launch problem! (Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit)

Here's what shnyaga I have: I downloaded NSF the other day, played, played, played ... and then bam! Does not open! Moreover: it allegedly wants to open (the wheel near the cursor starts spinning and immediately disappears (literally 200ms)). And yes ... I downloaded Re'Pack with console cars .. Version 1.0.5.0

HELP!
