Percentage AMD A10-5700 APU with Radeon HD Graphics 3.40 GHz. Video AMD Radeon R7 260X 2GB DDR5. RAM 8GB. At medium-high it goes without problems. FPS did not measure, but it is comfortable to play.
PS By the way, the last Batman (the very first version of it, which was removed from sales and sent for completion) also comes without lags and brakes.
with Crimson there were FPS drawdowns, a rollback to the Catalyst 15.11.1 beta removed a lot of drawdowns, especially indoors, not everything, of course, but it became more comfortable to play + a normal compass. In cities it drops to 40 and it would seem that 40 fps is more than normal, but after 60 the same 40 feels like 25. Shadows and shadow rendering distance are average, the rest is ultra.
