Campaign not working (Call of Duty: Black Ops 3)

I turn on the game and only the menu works, but I cannot turn on the campaign, multiplayer or zombie mode. They write they say you need to download it, but I downloaded everything.

If the license, then check if there are ticks on the company, multiplayer and zombies in the list of dls

I forgot to add, Steam license is all jackdaws.

Try to remove these three jackdaws, check the cache, and then put them back and check the cache again. It may help, but not a fact
