Steam license, after launch, a 1280x720 window opens with a black screen, and then the work is completed, because the process does not respond.

Try deleting GraphicOption in Users / "your profile" / Documents / MGR / SaveData

tried deleting the graphicoption file and it is simply replaced by an identical file upon launching the game. also experiencing this issue also
