Murder in OGSE 0.6.9.3 Final v.1.04 (STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl)

Guys, who knows how to make the enemies kill faster, otherwise I shoot in the head - the person does not even fall. I picked the file w_m_134, the default kill rate is 10.27. (rules - I did not notice any special changes). Is there some kind of addon or what parameters to fix?
