Without firing a shot. (Fallout 4)

Played with stealth on survival, went to the middle, lacks trash.
I'll try to go stupidly on charisma.
But the question is - it turns out that there will be no experience for the mobs? I had to beat them pretty much so that I would get something if they were killed by a dog.
Is it critical or don't care, I'll get it for quests?
