I have on an i5-2450m without TurboBust with 1.8GHz, Radeon 7670m 2Gb, 4 Gb RAM at the full minimum from 20 to 45, with periodic freezes. The resolution is at least 1366 * 768, at least 1280 * 720, there is not much difference.

People, seriously, you underestimate the hardware too much. Everything goes at medium-maximum without disabling the antivirus and others-others:
2-core percent Intel Core i3
4 gig of RAM
nVidia 730m video card

On my old laptop it went to the minimum, geforce 630m intel core i5 2450m 2 cores 4 threads 2.50mhz.
