Can't change gear (license) (Assassin's Creed: Unity)

Personalization does not change colors and clothes (chest protection, forearms, etc.) This is how there is a standard suit for Arno, I try to change for example "head protection" but everything remains in the standard form! Has anyone encountered such a problem? How can I solve it? :(
