I shot every 2 turrets (roughly speaking).

I read that I needed a biometric scanner for a quest, on another site, I began to attack the turrets with shouts "We need to build a ziggurat", and so this scanner, as luck would have it, stopped falling out of the turrets. So it does not always fall out.))))
