FPS (Fallout 4)

Guys, the problem is that the fps is stable at 60 (vertical sync on), but periodically it can drop sharply to 50.40. starts freezing or something.
Is it normal that FPS drops so much on such a system?
Is the game really that demanding?

It's more about optimization. Try to reduce the drawing range of all sorts of objects a little.

in some places with the coverage of the problem, it is configured there somehow in a special way. Because of this, it may hang. It seems like there is some way, but I did not delve into it to be honest.

For a foul, this is the norm, I have drawdowns at 980ti in some places up to 40fps, so don't worry, you have to wait for patches, I also don't understand what is loading the card at this moment.

The lighting is gorgeous, It makes the dialogues and, in general, the atmosphere, But it is very voracious, if you want to lower it and it will quite help. But it is better to leave the game on the lock at 30 fps, not to force the video card (it will live longer), and sagging will not be felt, because from 60 to 30 are quite noticeable.
