Curie (Fallout 4)

I know that Curie can be converted into a synth after the quest. I even found a mention that I need to talk to a doctor in Neighborhood about this. But there is no dialogue with her. How to complete this quest? Two Mister Helpers are too teammate. Thank you in advance
