Lost location (Fallout 4)

Somehow, wandering through the endless expanses of Fallout, I found a seemingly ordinary cafe (restaurant). It looks quite ordinary, but if not for one nuance. There was a safe in the floor of this establishment that led to some kind of underground bar or something like that.
