Craftsmen, respond! (Fallout 4)

Configs raise FPS to very large values.
Everything goes smoothly and smoothly, like in the third part on my old laptop.

But I noticed one thing: in some locations - mostly cities and houses from the inside, the FPS is terribly sagging.
And the reason for this is not in the landfills, but in ... the lanterns!
There are lamps that do not affect the fps, and there are those that eat it up from 80 fps to 20 fps. Only one lamp.

Maybe someone could go into the map and see what kind of object is there and replace it with an empty null object and release it as a mod?
