Does it make sense to replace the vidyuhi?
Good day to all. Old computer config (2011) - AMD Phenom II X4 945 3 GHz, Radeon HD 5770 1GB, 12 Gb RAMI have been wanting a new computer for a long time, but with current prices it costs money. New sistemnik at least 40k.
Upgrading the processor is unrealistic, tk. there are no normal processors on AM3. And judging by the CPU load tests and vidyuhi, the card lacks power in games in the first place.
So, does it make sense to put the vidyuhu more powerful (if so, which one - so that with my processor it can be fully revealed)?
Or still score and take a new system player if possible?

and I swung from the site) did not immediately realize. Now I'll fill in the screenshots. 70-80% loading
marshallugntu
Now this is closer to the truth.
FPS was probably the lowest in the history of video games)))
Kosh13
yeah) well, if you put it on a low graph, it will probably be more fun) it turned out 50-70% on the screenshots, but in fact, when the number of zombies increased to 70-80%, the load jumped, fought back, did not have time to screen))
In principle, expected performance.
If you believe the indicators, then the processor has some potential.
But which one? It is hard to say

Only with I5 750 ... You have a percentage like mine.
On tests I5 750 can be 4-11% faster than Phenom 955. In several applications - 15-28% faster or 9-14% slower.

thanks for the info :) I 'm
thinking of pushing new motherboard + percent + vidyuhu into the old case. accordingly, with the expectation that the power of the power supply unit is enough,
advise if you have any thoughts on this matter :) http://forums.playground.ru/hardware/vopros_po_sborke_sistemnika-882781/
marshallugntu I
asked so many different advice and at least once indicated the budget. At least indicative. Maybe you have 15 pieces for everything.
Kosh13
motherboard + percent + vidyuha benchmark for 35-40 sput. The power supply unit on the system unit, in which I am going to put all this, costs 500 W. RAMs available 2 DDR-3 Hynix PC-1333 strips of 4 Gb each and 2 strips of a certain Nanya company of the same frequency PC-1333 of 2Gb each
Kosh13
Well, I ask for advice in order to fundamentally determine how to spend money and get the most acceptable result. therefore, the budget was not indicated.
marshallugntu
You only need to decide on one thing - to build a top computer for many years to come, or to update the system in order to interrupt badly or averagely until the end of the current generation of consoles.
marshallugntu
5-7. Maybe 10.
I mean to play directly at maximum speed and not bother with systems.
Kosh13
by 5 - yes. for a longer period, for some reason, I doubt that it is realistic to collect.
for 5 years I want to burn down to try 4 limiting pascal, by the way. it is almost pointless and impossible. and in any way unattainable in the budget segment.
in fact, what about the realities are there?
HB 960 4G is a card for one generation season. already now and in the future you will have to sacrifice something to play on it. for a period of 1 year
970 already hurry up the card. By the time it is also a year, however, it can be roughly 2 years less pulling games.
980 will most likely be able to rattle off 2 years if you are stupid to set everything to the maximum, with rare exceptions. the limit of her physical launch of games is somewhere when support for dx11 ends
also, since none of the existing cards assumes full support for dx12, most likely 3 years is the ceiling for all modern cards. plus there still sometime the standard of the express should change.
so for a more or less comfortable game with budget hardware, you need about 970 on top of something based on 1151 sockets, since they have almost leveled the price, then you need to buy the 2nd raging 970 if necessary.
