Perk Shooter, the one that gives + to attack for carbines (Fallout 4)
So does this perk apply to laser and plasma weapons? It seems to shoot single, well, of course, without mods for a flamethrower and auto fire.4 Comments

In the description itself, the weapon, I think, is unlikely to change, and there are no dummies to test the damage.
