How do I turn off this nasty bloom effect? (Red Faction: Guerrilla)
My FPS is surprisingly high, but I still don't like this effect at all. Very unrealistic. I set all the settings to a minimum. I ran both DirectX9 and DirectX11PS Bloom - this is when white objects glow like powerful lamps. Eerie effect

What version of RF: G do you have? RF: G Steam Edition has been released, and is with windows live, old.

played with dx9 and dx10 now (I tested it at the very first location, parker, there Mason's suit glows like a Christmas tree), on dx9 there is no such thing (or rather not so strong), but on dx10 it will not work, perhaps if of course through some editor you can change in a specific file, but you need to dig deeper into it, or maybe someone has already written it down.
It used to be when I played on Windows Live. Now everything is super on the Steam version !!! Firewood 358.87 gf

Strange. I have an Intel HD 2500. I play on the Steam version, pirate. In general, it is strange that there is no such mod yet, because the FPS would have risen significantly with it!
