Comfortable game, how many fps? (Call of Duty: Black Ops 3)

My regards.
We have: i7-4770k (4.4), 16 ram (2000), gtx 970 (1350/7200).
Settings: height, shadows - off, resolution / render 1920/1080. Smoothing smaa x1, fov 100.
It seems like it consistently produces 125 fps in mult., But somehow uncomfortable. The mouse can freeze, etc. although in bo2 with the same FPS everything is clear and gorgeous.
The question is, how do people play at 60-90fps in a cartoon, the feeling that the mouse delay is 0.5 seconds ... Maybe there are some nuances?

Yes, playing the same beta of ZV, in battles the FPS sank to 100 and there were no such problems

Disable frame synchronization in the options, and everything with the mouse will be buzzing.

If it was on, then the max fps is 60. And then there is fraps / msi aft. show 125

I also read about mouse acceleration, perhaps because of it there is a delay.
But, some kind of nonsense ....
Launched Fallout4 yesterday, on ultra, 60 fps is stable. But the PPC mouse does not react immediately, there is a minimal hitch and the PPC is smooth.
zs in the settings turned off anti-aliasing and blurring, etc ... I played in the evening, after the patch.

Bro, wait. Limit FPS to 60. Try.

Thanks, I solved the issue with disabling acceleration and adding commands to the shortcut:
noforcemaccel -noforcemparms -noforcemspd
