Search problems (Fallout 4)

I exchanged the dog for Piper, told the dog to stay in Senchuari, and apparently was a fool by choosing this option, and not the Red Rocket parking lot.
When Pipe got a little tired of her reproaches for a thief, he decided to return the dog. I came to Senchuari, but the dog is nowhere to be found. Is there a way to call her, or does the game have a command in the console to spawn important NPCs?
