Mysterious disappearances of textures in fallout 4 (Fallout 4)

Textures disappear at 4th revival. Everything turns black, absolutely everything, even the sky. The outline of the characters is slightly visible. What color are their clothes and the outline. A similar situation was in GTA V. But there it was easily fixed by including DirectX 10.1. But what's the matter here?
