Can't Play (Windows 7) (Honkai Impact 3rd)

I downloaded the game from the official site, downloaded the data, everything is as it should be. I click on "Start game" and it gives this (screen) I did not download anything for the game except for itself. Maybe I need to download something because I rebooted the laptop but nothing happened. I would be grateful for your help)
