Neither in a standard way, nor through game properties, nor through a profile. The command to show FPS does not work in either the top three or the four. Create a text file in the root folder of the game. Write your commands there and save. After you call him user.cfg Changing permission

The standard way doesn't work. Not quite sure what you mean by permission? If you change from txt to all files, then I did it. And even though I'm not doing what I do, everything should work through the properties of the game in the origin.
