Periodic freezes for 3-5 seconds (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

patch 1.11, the settings are all at a minimum, it goes on the idea of â€‹â€‹25-30fps, but every 5 minutes the game stops for a few seconds, as if for a pause, then everything that should have happened there during this time happens abruptly like on rewind and so on. I hope I have clearly explained the essence of the problem. I changed the resolution to a lower one and the lag just became less frequent and less time-consuming, but still creepy.

Thank you, problem solved. helped by the Battle Encoder Shirase program (available in the utilities). There was a lag for several hours of play once. Plus, the graphics settings are medium / high at fps 20-35. It's quite playable for me.
